Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g carrot(s), cleaned, cut into sticks
- 300 g peas (frozen)
- 200 g cream or Cremefine
- 600 g vegetable stock
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 20 g oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- Parsley

Meatballs with carrots and peas in cream sauce
Place the minced meat in the Thermomix with salt and pepper, use the kneading function for 5-10 seconds until smooth, then shape into small balls (20-25 balls) and place in the simmering basket. Add the garlic to the unrinsed pot and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add the carrot sticks and oil and sauté for 2 minutes on Varoma/left/speed 1 until translucent. Add the stock and spices, insert the simmering basket and cook for 15 minutes on Varoma/left/speed 1. Lift the simmering basket with the spatula and add the peas and cream and cook for another 5 minutes on Varoma/left/speed 1. Serve with boiled potatoes or pasta.
