Vinaigrette

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

original French

Simply stir everything together and season with salt and pepper. Notes: When it comes to salad dressings, the better the ingredients, such as oils, etc., the better the taste. Variations, such as pistachio oil instead of walnut oil or champagne orange vinegar, always work. Pretty much every department in France has its own recipe; this is just the one I find the most delicious.
