Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1,500 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 cup processed cheese (herb processed cheese)
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the vegetables, slice the leek into rings, finely chop the onion, and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onion in oil, add the leek and mushrooms, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the cheese, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
