Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g green, seedless grapes
  • 150 g red, seedless grapes
  • 400 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 150g Camembert(s)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp apple juice
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (raisin bread)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim, wash, and halve the grapes. Trim, wash, and spin-dry the lamb’s lettuce. Slice the Camembert. Combine the white wine vinegar, apple juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and oil in a screw-top jar and shake well. Cut the raisin bread into cubes. Melt the butter in a pan. Toast the raisin bread cubes until golden brown. Serve the lamb’s lettuce and grapes with the bread cubes. Tear the cheese into large pieces and scatter over the top. Drizzle the salad with the dressing just before serving.
