Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 70 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 40 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
without butter
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted). Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the egg and mix well. Place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten using teaspoons. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes and let cool on the sheet. Store in a sealed container.
