Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g leaf salad (e.g. endive or chicory)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • herbs, chopped
  • pepper
  • some salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes. Combine the marinade ingredients and mix everything together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
