Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g waffles (fresh egg waffles)
  • 800 ml cream
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g red fruit compote

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sheet cake without baking, quick, easy and always a hit

First, line a sheet pan or a regular deep baking tray with the fresh egg waffles. You may need to trim some of the waffles to size. Then, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and carefully fold in the sour cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the waffles until they’re covered. The final layer is the red fruit compote, which you spread on top.
