Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cream or beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Mix in the flour and baking powder and add the water. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes. Heat the waffle iron. Pour in the batter one spoon at a time and bake the waffles. Then dust with powdered sugar.
