Waffles with almond milk and tiger nut flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g sour cream
  • 150 ml almond drink
  • 75 g whole cane sugar
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 50 g tiger nut flour
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the sour cream with the almond milk. Add the eggs and sugar and continue beating until smooth. Then stir in the flour and finally the baking powder. Bake the batter in batches in the waffle iron until golden brown.
