Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 80 g honey
- some vanilla pod(s), grated
- some cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 100 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml milk, alternatively soy, oat or almond milk
- Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the softened, melted butter with the honey, then beat with the eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add. Gradually stir in the milk. Preheat the waffle iron, grease it with butter, and bake 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of batter at a time. Makes about 10 waffles.
