Waffles with salmon and tuna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g cheese (Gruyere), grated
  • 400 g tuna, from the can
  • 140 g salmon, smoked or unsmoked
  • 30 cl milk
  • 10 cl oil
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

hearty, crispy waffles

Combine the flour and baking powder. Cut or tear the salmon and tuna into very small pieces and add them to the flour and baking powder mixture. Mix well. Add the milk, oil, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well with a spoon. Set the thermostat to the highest setting, depending on your waffle iron, and bake the waffles for approximately 3-5 minutes. The waffles taste great both hot and cold.
