Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g celeriac
  • 150 g apples
  • 150 g walnut kernels
  • 200 g mandarin orange(s) from the can
  • 150 g pineapple, 4 slices
  • 250 ml mayonnaise, vegan
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely slice or grate the celery and apples. Roughly chop or quarter the walnuts. Roughly dice the drained mandarin oranges and pineapple slices. Place everything in a bowl with the mayonnaise and season with chili powder, pepper, and salt, if desired.
