Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 300 g celeriac
- 150 g apples
- 150 g walnut kernels
- 200 g mandarin orange(s) from the can
- 150 g pineapple, 4 slices
- 250 ml mayonnaise, vegan
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Finely slice or grate the celery and apples. Roughly chop or quarter the walnuts. Roughly dice the drained mandarin oranges and pineapple slices. Place everything in a bowl with the mayonnaise and season with chili powder, pepper, and salt, if desired.
