Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 25 g walnuts
- 500 g celeriac
- 1 ½ lemon(s)
- 2 stalk(s) Celery with green
- 1 pear(s)
- 80 g cranberries, dried
- 100 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp honey, liquid
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Chop the walnuts and roast them in a small pan without fat. Peel the celeriac and slice or slice into thin strips. Squeeze the lemons and mix the celery with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Quarter and peel the pear, remove the core, and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash and trim the celery, then slice it into thin strips along with the green parts. Mix the celery, pear, cranberries, and walnuts in a bowl. Mix the salad mayonnaise with yogurt and honey and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the prepared ingredients and mix everything gently. Serve immediately.
