Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g walnuts, ground
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a batter, stirring in the chocolate sprinkles last. Divide between 7 well-greased 440ml jars and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes. Test with a skewer if done. Every oven bakes differently. Then immediately screw on the lid.
