Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g wheat (Ebly soft wheat)
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 ml cream, whipped until stiff
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 8 tbsp sauce (vanilla sauce)
  • Lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt, stir in the Ebly, and let it swell over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Then let it cool and mix with the creamed quark and the whipped cream. Layer the raspberries and Ebly cream in dessert bowls, alternating layers. Spoon a little vanilla sauce over each one and serve, garnished with raspberries and lemon balm leaves.
