Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g caster sugar or brown sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp candied ginger, finely chopped
  • 150 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for approx. 60 pieces

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mixer. The dough will be quite sticky. If it’s too crumbly, add a little more milk. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place small mounds of dough on top using two teaspoons. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Let cool and then place in tightly sealed containers. Makes approximately 60.
