Tarator, sauce for grilled fish
Coarsely grind about 200 g of the walnuts, then roughly crush the rest. Crush the garlic with the salt. Mix all ingredients and let it steep for at least 4-5 hours. The sauce should be fairly runny. If it’s too thick, add a little water. Serve with grilled fish, lamb steaks, or other grilled meats.
