Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 tbsp yogurt or milk
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp ajvar
- pepper
- little salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
You can either simply put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, or you can try another option: finely chop the garlic, mash the feta cheese with a fork, and mix it with the remaining ingredients. It tastes great with flatbread and is a must-have at any Turkish buffet. This recipe originally came from a Turkish friend.
