Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g yogurt (cream yogurt, 10% fat)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- ½ black pepper
- 3 tsp oregano
- 3 tsp marjoram
- 4 tsp basil
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Yogurt sosu
Stir the creamy yogurt until creamy. Add the olive oil and continue stirring. Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Finally, press in two cloves of garlic and continue stirring. You can use the yogurt sauce as a dip for vegetables. You can add a little extra interest by adding wafer-thin slices of cucumber.
