Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g powdered sugar
- ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 200 g walnuts, quartered
Instructions

not just at Christmas time
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the powdered sugar and flavoring, and beat over boiling water until the mixture is glossy. Fold in the nuts. Place small mounds of macaroons on baking paper using two teaspoons. Bake at 125-150°C for 20-25 minutes. The macarons should stay nice and light.
