Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp herbs (salad herbs)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Chop the walnuts and garlic clove and add. Stir in the herbs.
