Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g carrot(s)
  • 30 g spirit vinegar
  • 60 g sunflower oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Peel and slice the carrots, cook for 5 minutes, and drain. Then, place the cooked carrots in a blender with the vinegar and oil and blend on high for 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Serve with a leaf salad of your choice.
