Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 100 g tomatoes, dried and preserved in oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ bunch parsley, roughly chopped
- 50 g Parmesan, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml olive oil

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and puree.
