Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried and preserved in oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ bunch parsley, roughly chopped
  • 50 g Parmesan, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and puree.
