Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g tofu, natural
- 100 g tomatoes, pickled
- 80 g walnuts
- 3 tbsp oil from the pickled tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 5 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions

vegan and perfect for using up leftover tofu
Chop the natural tofu and walnuts. Blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until a fine paste forms.
