Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g tofu, natural
  • 100 g tomatoes, pickled
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 3 tbsp oil from the pickled tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 5 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan and perfect for using up leftover tofu

Chop the natural tofu and walnuts. Blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until a fine paste forms.
