Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 520 ml water
- 2 tsp salt
- 400 g wheat flour type 1050
- 200 g rye flour type 1150
- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g fried onions
- 50 g powder (sourdough powder)
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
The bread maker makes the dough
Place the ingredients in the bread maker’s bowl in the order listed and make the dough using the dough program. Then remove from the bowl. If the dough is still too sticky, add a little flour; if it’s too firm, add a little water. Form the rolls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with a kitchen towel, and let them rest for another 15 minutes. Set the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven) and, once the temperature is reached, add the baking tray. Place a small bowl of water in the oven. This amount of dough makes approximately 12 rolls. Baking time is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
