Warm Cucumber Salad
The perfect warm cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Shallots or an onion
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Peel and finely dice the shallots. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into half rings approx. 1 cm thick. Finely chop the dill.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shallot cubes in it. Add the cucumber slices and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add white wine vinegar. Finally stir in the sour cream and dill. Season to taste and season again if necessary. The salad tastes best lukewarm
