Warm glass noodle salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 6 carrots
  • 5 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 onions
  • 1 kg pork neck
  • 1 pack of glass noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into strips and fry in oil. Peel the carrots and onions, slice them into thin strips, and add them to the meat. Trim and slice the bell pepper, add them, and fry everything for a few more minutes until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables still have a bit of bite. Remove from the heat and cover. Place the glass noodles in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil on the stovetop, then simmer for about 2 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water. Cut into small pieces with scissors and mix with the meat and vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic.
