Warm Goat Cheese with Lamb’s Lettuce

The perfect warm goat cheese with lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Lamb’S lettuce fresh
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tsp Honey liquid
  • 1 smaller Apple
  • 120 g Goat cheese thaler
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon honey. Stir in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove the core from the apple with an apple cutter. Halve the apple and cut into thin wedges.
  2. Heat 1 / 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the apple wedges on each side for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat. Remove the apple wedges and place in a baking dish. Place the goat’s cheese thalers on the apple wedges and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey. Baked goat cheese under the hot grill in the upper third of the oven for 3-5 minutes until golden yellow.
  3. Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing. Arrange the apple wedges and goat cheese with lettuce on plates and serve.
