Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 1 bag(s) of asparagus, approx. 1 kg, whole spears
- 1 pack of cooked ham, approx. 200 g
- 1 pack of bacon, sliced, approx. 150 g
- 1 pack of grated cheese, approx. 200 g – 1 kg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Party hit
Roll the frozen asparagus spears in the cooked ham and wrap them in a slice of bacon. Place on a baking sheet or roasting pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) for about 20 to 30 minutes. This way, the asparagus spears won’t lose their juiciness and will be twice as delicious.
