Warm Oven Bread Wedges with Fresh Tuna Butter

The perfect warm oven bread wedges with fresh tuna butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 9 Pc. Toast
  • 140 g Drained canned tuna
  • 0,5 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 0,5 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 tbsp Parsley crispy fresh
  • 2 tbsp Salt butter
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Coarse sea salt

  1. The warm toasted bread corners with different toppings are a recipe from my grandmother for days when things have to be quick or when unexpected visitors are announced: quick – easy – delicious.

preparation

  1. Drain the tuna thoroughly (in water), finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs.
  2. Mix the whole thing well with 2 tablespoons of sea salt butter until an even butter mixture is formed. Let rest briefly.
  3. Briefly toast the slices of toast, then brush a thin layer of tuna butter and place in the preheated oven for approx. 5 minutes at approx. 200 degrees hot air.
  4. Sprinkle the oven bread with chilli and salt flakes, cut in half and serve while warm.
