Warm Oven Bread Wedges with Fresh Tuna Butter
The perfect warm oven bread wedges with fresh tuna butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 9 Pc. Toast
- 140 g Drained canned tuna
- 0,5 Pc. Fresh onion
- 0,5 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Wild garlic fresh
- 1 tbsp Parsley crispy fresh
- 2 tbsp Salt butter
- Red chilli flakes
- Coarse sea salt

- The warm toasted bread corners with different toppings are a recipe from my grandmother for days when things have to be quick or when unexpected visitors are announced: quick – easy – delicious.
preparation
- Drain the tuna thoroughly (in water), finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs.
- Mix the whole thing well with 2 tablespoons of sea salt butter until an even butter mixture is formed. Let rest briefly.
- Briefly toast the slices of toast, then brush a thin layer of tuna butter and place in the preheated oven for approx. 5 minutes at approx. 200 degrees hot air.
- Sprinkle the oven bread with chilli and salt flakes, cut in half and serve while warm.
