Warm potato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ jar pickled gherkins (salted and dill gherkins)
  • 2 tbsp lard (greaves)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Polish

Boil the potatoes and carrots with their skins on. Peel both and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onions and cucumbers. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Melt the lard in a pan and pour it over the salad. It tastes great with chunky sausages, but also just with bread.
