Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g chocolate (block chocolate), grated
  • 250 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For 40 pieces

Beat egg whites until stiff, stir in sugar, then fold in chocolate and almonds. Scoop out small heaps with a teaspoon and bake at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Pairs well with my vanilla crescents, which require 3 egg yolks, while these use 3 egg whites.
