Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g apricot(s), fresh
- 100 g watermelon(s)
- 200 g sour milk
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the stones. Halve and quarter the melon, then scoop out the required amount of flesh. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and season with sugar or agave syrup.
