Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 pieces of cake (large brownies)
  • 200 g mixed berries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with moist brownies

Wash and drain the berries. Mix the quark with yogurt and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Cut the brownies into small pieces. Layer quark, brownies, and fruit in 5 glasses, alternating layers. Chill thoroughly and enjoy. Sweeten to your taste! We don’t need much sugar, but that’s up to you. If you like, you can drench the brownies with Amaretto.
