Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g watermelon(s)
- 100 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

For 2 large glasses
Halve the watermelon, remove any seeds, and use a watermelon scoop to scoop out 4-6 balls for garnishing. Cut the rest into pieces. Place the melon in a blender with the yogurt, milk, and sugar; blend until smooth. Add the two scoops of ice cream. Blend briefly until the smoothie becomes slightly frothy. This only takes a few seconds. Pour the smoothie into two attractive glasses, place the melon balls on a skewer, and garnish the glass with them. Enjoy immediately.
