Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar wax beans
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil, mild (e.g. grapeseed oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as a side dish e.g. to cheese fondue

Drain the wax beans and let them drain. Meanwhile, finely dice the shallot and make a vinaigrette with the remaining ingredients. Pour over the wax beans and let it marinate for a while before serving. This salad is traditionally served in winter as a side dish with dishes like cheese fondue or raclette.
