TAK Style
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the egg and crackers, and mix well. Form the mixture into a nice patty. Heat a pan with clarified butter. First, fry the bacon until golden brown, then remove and set aside. Then fry the patty for about 3 minutes on each side. Once you’ve turned the patty, place the soft cheese and cheddar on top, pour about 10-20 ml of water into the pan, and cover the pan with a lid. Cut two 1 cm thick slices from an onion. Now you have the slices, you need to separate the individual rings, but always leave 2-3 rings together. Combine the flour and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well. Combine the egg and pepper in another bowl and mix well. Now coat the rings in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, twice in total. Now deep-fry at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Cut the bun open. First, add the sauce, onion rings, patty, bacon, more sauce if desired, and then the top of the bun on top.
