Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 romaine lettuce, mini
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (salad)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with chicken wings

Drain and rinse the beans and corn. Chop the baby romaine lettuce, half a cucumber, and both tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a salad bowl with the corn and kidney beans. Make a dressing with the yogurt, tomato ketchup, and salad mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Mix with the vegetables.
