Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g quark (Tworog), Russian firm
  • 100 g sour cream (Smetana), Russian
  • 70 g wild garlic
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • possibly milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal as a dip or spread

Wash and dry the wild garlic. Purée with a hand blender along with the tvorogi and sour cream, salt, and pepper. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk or cream. The cream has a wonderfully spicy flavor and has the advantage of not absorbing water, thus preserving its consistency. Ideal as a dip or spread.
