Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken schnitzel
  • 250 ml sauce (shashlik)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can beans, red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • Sambal Oelek or Tabasco
  • 2 bags of rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spicy, with beans and corn, simple, delicious

Season the chicken schnitzels with salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Boil water and cook the rice in it. Set the fried schnitzels aside and briefly fry the onions and tomatoes in the pan. Then add the shish kebab sauce and a little water. Add the corn, beans, and bell peppers and season with sambal oelek or Tabasco—depending on how spicy you like it. Return the meat to the pan and bring to a boil. Serve with rice.
