Clean and dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely chop 2 onions. Drain the kidney beans. Fry the diced onions in hot fat. Add the kidney beans and diced bell peppers and season with Tabasco. Braise for approx. 15 minutes. Briefly fry the steaks in hot oil in a pan on both sides. Then let rest for a while. Peel 2 onions and slice into thick rings, fry until translucent. Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Place them on the steaks along with the bacon and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates with the bean, bell pepper, and onion mix and serve immediately, garnished with parsley. Serve with a salad and a cold beer.
