Eating certain types of foods can be extremely, extremely harmful to the body – it provokes allergies, impairs the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and “hits” the cardiovascular system. There are at least 5 top foods that you shouldn’t eat every day.

Grilled meat

When grilled, meat accumulates substances – amines – that lead to the development of various kinds of tumors, sometimes quite unpleasant. However, according to nutritionists, other methods of cooking meat are not as dangerous.

Smoked fish

Unfortunately, this process rarely destroys all 100% of harmful microorganisms (at least a percentage, even half a percentage will slip through). And if the smoking conditions are not met, it can even cause worms to attack the body.

Moreover, smoked fish always contains a lot of carcinogens. Especially if the smoking is hot. The fact is that under the influence of temperature, carcinogens easily seep into the fish.

Another contraindication to smoked fish is kidney or heart problems (salt, which is abundant in such a product, always exacerbates this kind of pathology).

Tuna

The problem is that tuna is a fish that accumulates mercury from the environment very quickly. Therefore, the constant consumption of this product seriously increases the risk of a heart attack, worsens problems with the cardiovascular system in general, and also provokes sensory functions of the body.

Mushroom

This is a very heavy food. Even in the usual format, it takes a long time to digest due to its high chitin content. Mushrooms also slow down the secretion of gastric juice. That’s why they should be eaten with caution by people suffering from stomach ailments.

Coconut oil

Saturated fats contain triglycerides. These substances lower the level of total cholesterol in the body. And, of course, they regularly lead to serious changes in the body – vitamin deficiency or hormonal imbalance.

What not to eat or what foods not to mix

Cheese + Tomato

“Tomato” acids have a chemical reaction with calcium, which is contained in white cheese. And, accordingly, it creates very specific deposits in the joints. And regular consumption of such products often leads to severe joint pain.

Fish + milk

Milk blocks the production of gastric juice, which is essential for digesting fish. Therefore, if you eat fish and drink milk, you are guaranteed indigestion and abdominal pain.

Coffee + rye bread

Coffee interferes with the normal absorption of nutrients in bread. Caffeine also blocks the absorption of calcium and other trace elements. That’s why it’s better not to take risks and not eat a sandwich with a cup of coffee. The body will not benefit much.
