According to her, on cold days, the body especially needs a varied and healthy diet. The diet must include fish rich in vitamin D – salmon, sockeye salmon, tuna, and sardines.

“Dairy products are rich in probiotics and lactobacilli. Sauerkraut should also be on the winter menu, as it naturally ferments to produce a large number of vitamins, including ascorbic acid and probiotics. Pay more attention to protein foods, including animal protein. It provides us with many amino acids that are important for immunity,” Nurzhakhan said.
