Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • ½ cube of organic vegetable stock
  • 200 ml whey
  • 1 tsp lecithin, heaped (see note)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Component of the main course in the Veggie Spring Menu

Dissolve the vegetable stock cube in the whey, bring to a boil, and stir in the lecithin. Before serving, whip with a hand blender until foamy. Note: You can also omit the lecithin, but the foam will collapse very quickly.
