Pomegranate Cream Cheese Tartlets

- 1 piece Pomegranate
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 100 ml Cream 30% fat
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 El Flaked almonds
- Whip cream cheese with cream and sugar until creamy. Line the mini baking pan (10-12 cm) with cling film and fill in the mixture. Refrigerate. Halve the pomegranate. Squeeze out one half and knock out the seeds from the second half. Mix the juice and seeds together. Roast the almond flakes until golden yellow without fat. Add honey and mix everything well. Arrange cream cheese tartlets on a plate. Spread the honey mixture on top and add the pomegranate mixture.
