- 1 kg asparagus, white
- 2 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 tbsp butter
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley
- some salt
- some sugar
- n. B. water

simple, delicious asparagus recipe
Peel the asparagus and trim the bottom ends. Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt and sugar, add the asparagus, and cook until al dente. Peel and roughly chop the eggs. Heat the butter until foaming, add the breadcrumbs, and toast until golden brown, stirring frequently. Mix the breadcrumbs with the eggs and parsley and season with salt. Drain the asparagus and serve with the breadcrumbs.
