Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 900 g tomatoes, pureed from the can
- 20 g tomato paste, if desired
- 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- ½ jar pesto, green
- oregano
- Seasoning salt (tomato seasoning salt)
- herbs, Italian
- Salt
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the passata with tomato paste and spring onions in a saucepan and bring to a boil briefly. Then add all the spices to taste and the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil again briefly, and stir well. Serve best with penne pasta.
