Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small can of white beans
  • 1 small can of giant white beans
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salad cream or mayonnaise, vegan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan and quick to make, as a dip or spread

Drain and rinse the beans, then blend them in a blender. Squeeze the lemon and add it to the beans along with all the remaining ingredients. Blend everything until smooth.
