Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can white beans
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Delicious as a vegan dip and spread
Cut the sweet potatoes into chunks and sauté until tender. Rinse the beans and blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender until a paste forms. Season with salt and pepper.
