Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n beans, white with soup vegetables
  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 2 pairs of paprika sausages
  • 2 slices of smoked bacon (approx. 1 cm thick)
  • pepper, black
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the white beans with liquid and a splash of water in a large pot and simmer gently over low heat. Cut the paprika sausage into bite-sized pieces, halve the bacon, and add everything to the pot with the white beans and simmer. Then boil water and cook the spaetzle al dente according to the package instructions. Season the white beans generously with black pepper and Fondor, and stir in the cooked spaetzle! Enjoy! P.S. Simmer the beans with the paprika sausage and bacon for as long as possible—it gives a fantastic flavor.
